I'm Mario Parra, a Chilean illustrator and character artist based in Berlin.

Unsurprisingly, my origin story starts with drawing as soon as I could hold a pen. But unlike many of my peers, my path took an unexpected detour. Life led me into creative fields where I explored graphic design, motion graphics, UX/UI, and 3D modeling. Over time, I realized I was working as an artist more often than I anticipated, gradually shifting my focus back to what I loved most.

This background shaped the way I approach art today, teaching me to create with intent and ensuring that every choice carries deliberate meaning.

Now, I dedicate my energy to crafting compelling characters, evocative illustrations, and immersive 3D sculpts. Each project is an opportunity to push boundaries, experiment with new techniques, and bring ideas to life.

When I’m not doing art, you’ll probably find me playing sports, learning exciting things, playing music, building bikes or chasing my next creative rabbit hole.
